Great Service ! Great price ! They said they were backed up all that day but they got my truck done that same day to save me the Hassle of having to pick it up the next day. Great customer service and very friendly!

I was visiting the area on a family vacation and had some suspension work done prior to traveling on my truck. I had noticed that there was some concerning sounds coming from the area that the work was and called these guys (Nate) to see if they could check it out to make sure it was safe to drive. Not only did they get me in the first thing the next morning, but they did a complete safety check of the front suspension and did a visual overview with me to show me where the sounds were coming from. There was no work necessary, but they put my mind at ease about safety and they also gave me some pointers to ask my mechanic back at home to fix the issues permanently. The customer service was outstanding. I wish these guys were located in my home town as I would bring my vehicles to them anytime. Thanks again for the great service!

Very good mechanics and astounding customer service

Very honest and very professional! My daughter's car was making a horrible sound. My son only uses MasterTech and recommended Nate. Before the repair, Nate showed us, step-by-step, what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how to maintain the car in the future. He even followed up later to ensure all was running well. These guys are just simply the best. I have been going to them for over 10 years. Nate and Rick are straight shooters and the job gets done right and on time. They even take you home and pick you up. Service is simply outstanding.

Nice people but may not be the best for a transmission. i worked near by and thought id try them out. did good on some items with fair pricing. i took my jeep in for a check engine light, they tracked it to the transmission, spent over $2000.00 and did what they recommended however the issue never got fixed. finally went to Rapid Transmission in Escondido and they identified the issue and fixed it less than what i spent at Mastertech, been a year later and still running strong with no issues. don't think ill return, they are a bit pricey for me.

GOT A RECOMMENDATION FROM (WARNER'S MUFFLER) SINCE THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY TRUCK.....I HAVE AN 06' F250 6L DIESEL THAT'S BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT WITH ALL THE UPGRADES TO THE ENGINE... I DIDN'T WANT JUST ANYONE TURN'IN WRENCHES ON MY TRUCK...?? I CAME BACK FROM LAKE HAVASU WITH A COMPLETELY FROZEN AC COMPRESSOR, EVERYTHING WAS LOCKED UP INSIDE....LUCKY I MADE IT BACK TO NO. COUNTY.. CALLED AAA, AND THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED MASTERTEC.... ANYWAY, I MET NATE THE SHOP MANAGER, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND THEY KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE WORK.. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE VEHICLE,AND I HAVE EVERY CONFIDENCE IF I NEED AND MORE WORK THIS IS WHERE I'LL GO..THANKS TO ALL...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK NATE..!!!!!
