Oceanside Auto Repair

MasterTech is the only shop that has worked on my car in the past 9 years. The shop is clean, the front office is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and the mechanics, the very best!!. I think that MasterTech is one of North Countys' best kept secrets. Not to forget the shuttle service:]

I had a fantastic experience here. I had a radiator leak and the owner himself was more than happy to get me in the door and walk me through what happened to my vehicle and made it very easy to understand what happened. My truck was there for a little bit of time, but only reason why is because he wanted to find me the perfect radiator to put in there so that I would not have to bring it in again and I could stay on the road for longer. The front desk was also very welcoming and I felt like they really cared about getting my vehicle fixed. I have been going there to get my tune-ups, any check engine lights, and any other problems ever since. Every time they are just as good as they were before.

Great guys. Went in for a smog to register an out of state vehicle in california. They explained everything to me and even through in a discount. Will definitely be going back for any car repair needs in the future.

So my review start's out with that I was in desperate need of a mechanic for my 1997 Mustang cobra AKA Black Betty...which no mechanic has ever touched in 18 year's, normally my husband or son maintain our car's. But due to circumstance with my husband being out of town for work, Black betty was running poorly, and needed help found a wonderful place to take her MasterTech Automotive in Oceanside ,Ca.not only did I do my research I found out they were AAA certified, and offered local shuttle service to and from your home by George whom was so sweet and even open my door for me when he took me home and picked me up!for me found my experience dealing with Nate effortless, not to mention he also fulfilled all my special request on part's etc, & husband..lol and talking thing over with my husband long distances !had my car back so fast..and running like a dream. not only will I be back will be taking my daughter"s 1966 classic ford mustang Stella there, and will tell friend's & family about this place...Thank You Nate so so much & George and the mechanic that did the actual work whom I didn't not get his name so sorry for that, ThankYou, Thank You!!! you should all be so proud of yourself's for truly wonderful service....I'll be back soon..hopefully not to soon....Sincerely Glen & Tammy Gerber

I have been to every BMW dealership Service Center in San Diego County, and find myself very disappointed by the eventual lack luster repairs and constant increasing price by each one. I finally decided to contact AAA for any reputable Auto Repair Shop. AAA recommended Master Tech Auto Repair. I was hesitant in bring my car to a auto repair shop that doesn't specialize in BMW vehicle, how wrong was I. Master Tech guys are not only extremely professional, but incredibly honest and stand behind their repairs. This has been the best decision I have made. I now bring all of my vehicles to Master Tech for repairs, and has advise all of my friends (And anyone I know looking for a great auto repair shop) to take their vehicles to Master Tech, especially if they want "Worry free" repairs. I Highly, Highly, Highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) to Master Tech professionals...you won't regret it!

Customer service was great. The turn around time was really good. Assessed the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time.
