We took our car to Mastertech to have the brakes done, and they did an excellent job! Bob was great—very friendly, helpful, and honest. They took care of everything we needed and also let us know about a few additional maintenance items that were coming up for the 90,000-mile service, without being pushy. The entire experience was smooth and professional. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Mastertech!

Highly recommend Mastertech. Jason, the owner is very experienced, thorough, cares about the work and is honest! I used to go somewhere else and completely lost confidence in their work. Not the case with Mastertech. They found two problems the other place neglected. If those issues had not been resolved, it would’ve cost me a lot of money down the road.

I can’t say enough good things about Master Tech and the experience I had with them yesterday. For months, I have been chasing a suspension-related noise in my vehicle. I’ve changed components, tried different setups, and spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to figure out exactly where it was coming from. I brought the vehicle to Master Tech, and within an hour they had answers. First, they discovered a rattle caused by my bumper contacting the skid plate. They isolated the two using a high-density polymer material, which immediately eliminated a significant amount of the noise. More importantly, they were able to pinpoint the remaining noise as coming from the aftermarket control-arm bushings I installed to correct the suspension geometry for my lift. Now that the other rattle is gone, the bushing noise is actually fairly tolerable. Most importantly, I finally know exactly what it is. When I take the vehicle off-road, I can enjoy it instead of constantly wondering whether every noise means something is loose or failing. What makes this review especially meaningful to me is that I’m writing it business owner to business owner. Master Tech has referred many customers to my business over the years, and I’ve always appreciated that relationship. But until yesterday, I had never personally experienced what it was like to be their customer. Now I understand why people trust them. They listened, they took the problem seriously, and they diagnosed in an hour what I had been chasing for months. That kind of knowledge and attention to detail is becoming increasingly difficult to find. To everyone at Master Tech, thank you. You gave me something more valuable than simply fixing a rattle—you gave me confidence in my vehicle again. From one local business owner to another, you have my genuine appreciation, respect, and highest recommendation. ❤️

Wow! Just had the pleasure of meeting Sam the owner. He’s the most polite and nicest guy i have met in the auto mechanic business. He knows his stuff. I wish I had found Mastertech sooner. This shop is the Nordstroms of auto repair- they under promise and over deliver. We brought my dad's old jeep out of retirement for our son to drive. It had been sitting for a long time and needed some basic maintenance. They helped me put together a comprehensive list of what it needed to get it running safely and prioritized the "must -do's" and what we could wait on to keep the repairs within our budget. I appreciated the itemized and detailed quote so I could see exactly what we were paying for and their prices for the same services were less than what I was quoted at the dealership. Not knowing anything about cars myself, I rely on the honesty and integrity of the professionals and I appreciate knowing I can trust their recommendations.

I had an excellent experience with this shop. My brakes needed immediate attention, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they went out of there way to accommodate my situation and repaired them the same day. The customer service is outstanding and I really appreciated how willing they were to help when I was in a tough spot. Its rare to find a business that genuinely puts customers first like this.
