I experienced car trouble about 5 miles from their shop and luckily brought it in for their care. I was in the process of moving my entire family across the country while they worked on my vehicle. Their attention to detail and constant dedication ensured that every possible issue was inspected on the vehicle. Their professionalism allows me to trust them enough to finish the work on my car while I was in North Carolina thousands of miles away. I would recommend their services to anyone for complete auto care.

Rick and Lou are consummate professionals. I had hired them to help with a brake swap in 2015 from drum to disc and they exceeded all expectations. I returned to them in 2020 when I had run out of capacity to swap out my front springs and again, they exceeded all expectations. My 1968 Camaro charges down the highway as straight as an arrow and still stops on a dime. Rick and Lou at Mastertech are the only people I trust to take care of my son’s birthright. Thanks again for the excellent service and for helping to continue the evolution of my vision for my son’s birthright. We can’t wait to see you guys again when we move back to the mainland!

Rick has been fantastic to work with. They are always busy so it does take a few minutes to get processed, but they work very quickly and have had my cars returned to me surprisingly fast for the work that has been needed. Rick is also very fair with their prices. They aren't the cheapest, but I will happily pay another 5-20% over the cheapest knowing the work is going to be done right the first time for hundreds of dollars less than the dealership will try to charge. Rick's expertise has saved us several thousand dollars in just two visits. You can't go wrong by choosing to go here.
