I'll keep it simple. My shop at home, they get work done the quickest in 3 days. They take forever to diagnose, etc. Moved down to Oceanside, took my baby to Mastertech, they knew exactly what was wrong, and found even more stuff I was unaware of. I took my 2000 Ford E350 with 2010 Ford F350 front axle and transfer case to master Tech to get an alignment. They identified a bad steering pitman arm and tie rod. They located the parts after a few day and several attempts which were off of a 2007 Ford E350. The van now rides like a dream. Thanks Bob and Rick.
