When our low voltage light came on while traveling in the area I called around and got a referral for Mastertech. We are full-time RV'ers and needed help repairing our RAM 3500 diesel truck before continuing on with our travels. On Monday I stopped by the shop late in the day hoping there might be a chance to get into the shop the next day. Bob, the service advisor, told me they were booked for Tuesday but if I could leave the truck for the day he would try and at least get it evaluated. Long story short, Tuesday Bob called me with the news we would need a new alternator. We ordered it and on Thursday, two days later, we had our truck back with a new alternator so we could continue our journey. Thanks to Bob, Rick and the rest of the staff at Mastertech for taking care of us so quickly.

I took my truck here as I was having an unknown fueling issue. The professionals down at Master Tech took great care of me and my vehicle. They had the issue diagnosed and repaired very quickly and got me back on the road the same day. I highly recommend this company!

We came into town on Sunday from LA and had a loud noise in the left rear tire area. I thought it was a brake pad wear indicator and needed new brakes. I took it to a franchise brake facility on Monday and they said all the brakes were good and couldn't identify the noise. The next day I Called Rick and he said to drop off the car and they would look at it same day. I got there and when Rick was taking my info he drove the car around the back and five minutes later came back up front with a rock in his hand. A rock was stuck in the dust shield making the noise. Excellent prompt service.
