Thanks guys, you should be called …. in n out. . I took my wife’s car into Mastertech for the first time to have a wheel alignment done . I arrived at eight am in the morning and in no time I was back on the road. Great place , very friendly and lots of knowledge and did I mention honestly ! I will be back !

I just wanna say that Master-tech is definitely the real deal. I brought my 2012 Ford F-150 in to them for a check engine light and start up issue. They fixed my issue very quickly and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Bob gave me a call personally just to give me updates, he was extremely awesome through the process. This place definitely has my business for years to come.

My parents and I took our vehicles for a smog check. Bob DeSmit was very helpful. Upon completion of the smog check on my car, he informed me of a recall on my car. He recommended which dealership I should use and the specific service person to work on my car. My parents were thrilled to learn about an Indian restaurant and grocery store nearby from Bob.

When our low voltage light came on while traveling in the area I called around and got a referral for Mastertech. We are full-time RV'ers and needed help repairing our RAM 3500 diesel truck before continuing on with our travels. On Monday I stopped by the shop late in the day hoping there might be a chance to get into the shop the next day. Bob, the service advisor, told me they were booked for Tuesday but if I could leave the truck for the day he would try and at least get it evaluated. Long story short, Tuesday Bob called me with the news we would need a new alternator. We ordered it and on Thursday, two days later, we had our truck back with a new alternator so we could continue our journey. Thanks to Bob, Rick and the rest of the staff at Mastertech for taking care of us so quickly.
