I was referred to Mastertech by another vehicle related business. The gentleman told me he wouldn't take his personal vehicles anywhere else. I was able to get in the same day I called for an oil change The owner and service advisor were both very personable and explained other mileage related services my vehicle was due for. The work was completed in the time frame quoted. The pricing is competitive.

I have been using their services for years because I trust them to diagnose carefully, quote fairly, and execute carefully. This time was no different. They don't do anything that's not needed. They listen to what I need and do it, keeping me informed throughout and giving me options as appropriate. Experience makes a huge difference, and I get personalized service all the way though. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I went here on a recommendation from my laywer. I would not recommend this mechanic. I ask specifically alternator tested and they wanted to do everything but what I had asked. Before I dropped my vehicle off I let them know I needed it by a certain day. Then I got the run around about when it would be ready. It doesn’t take long to test an alternator. I ended up requesting my car after a day and a half with nothing done.

Having been in the auto bz for over 50 years, I expect and know good service. Here it is. Coupled with a polite & businesslike approach to the vehicle and the customer.

Outstanding, highly competent auto repair work. Very friendly, describes the work to be done, then when completed, gives you a full explanation on the work completed. Very satisfied and will come back again. I recommend Mastertech to my family and friends…and anyone else who would listen.

I cant thank the entire staff a Mastertech for diagnosing my issues with my 6.7 Cummins. After being told by multiple shops that it would take 2 weeks to take a look at my vehicle, Mastertech was able to schedule me in quickly. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle quickly, explained the issues clearly, and were much cheaper than any of the 4 other places I talked to. Thanks Mastertech!

Huge thanks to the entire staff at Mastertech. They were able to schedule my service quickly and obviously have a qualified and competent diesel tech. My 6.7 cummins had a check engine light and multiple DTC codes. They did a great job! I had my truck back in 2 days and it cost much less than expected!!
