We had such a great experience with Mastertech! My check engine light came on, and my car started sputtering when I tried to start it after getting gas. I called Mastertech, and Jayson immediately told me to come by so he could run the codes and get an idea of what was going on. When I arrived, he came right out to take a look and quickly found that vapor was leaking into the fuel line. He explained that it should be an easy fix and asked me to bring the car back first thing Monday morning since it was near closing time on Friday. I dropped it off Monday, and by the end of the day, he had replaced the fuel line and my car is running great! Not only did he do excellent work, but he also charged a very fair price. The team at Mastertech is reliable, transparent, and trustworthy. We’ll definitely be going back for any future auto repair needs!

Had to take my car in twice within the same week for a check engine light… we told the mechanics what was wrong (o2 sensor) they said it didn’t need to be done.. spent 4K and they kept my car for three days… check engine light came back on the next day when I got my car back… took it in and they kept it for another two days.. and guess what??? The o2 sensor needed to be worked on.. like we had originally mentioned. They also forgot to put the clippers back on my front bumper.. it fell off at the car wash and scratched up my whole front piece of the car. They denied ever taking them off and blamed it being damaged from a different accident I was in… which was completely unrelated- they just didn’t want to take accountability. Mechanics aren’t there to fix your car right away and not knowledgeable … they’re just YouTubing everything in the back. Place wants your money only- go elsewhere.
