They are always busy so it does take a few minutes to get processed, but they work very quickly and have had my cars returned to me surprisingly fast for the work that has been needed. Rick is also very fair with their prices. They aren't the cheapest, but I will happily pay another 5-20% over the cheapest knowing the work is going to be done right the first time for hundreds of dollars less than the dealership will try to charge. Rick's expertise has saved us several thousand dollars in just two visits. You can't go wrong by choosing to go here.

Rick, one of the co-owners, was very courteous and efficient in servicing my auto in a timely manner. Also, I thought I needed a tire balancing, but Rick said the test drive proved otherwise. So I would say honesty is another good trait I experienced. I would recommend Mastertech Auto to any of my friends.
