My buddy Dan and I were on our way to the Good Guys Delmar car show when our 1970 Chevelle started giving us some trouble. We tried several different auto shops and none were able to get us in immediately. Finally we came across Master Tech and not only did they get us in right away but they treated the car like it was their own and took pride in their work. They were very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately! They had us back on the road within an hour! I was thinking it was going to be a few hundred dollars for this kind of service but to our satisfaction it was extremely affordable. I wish we had a MasterTech in North Orange county! Thank Guys!

brought my truck in for a head gasket repair and i was really impressed with the professionalism and expertise that these guys have, always kept me updated and informed on progress and other little problems that popped up and advised what was the best decision to do. I highly recommend these guys for any auto repair that you may have and they will have more business from me if any other of my vehicles break down

Master tech takes care of your car/truck and treats the customer "Right". They have a very nice, clean, and equipped shop that is inviting and takes away the "auto stress" as you pull in. As you get out and enter, you are greeted with a friendly attitude from any eyes you meets. They have a very knowledgable staff to talk about your reason for being there and they add peace of mind getting you back on the road. Once you are ready to leave they have a shuttle service to get you back to where you need to be so life can still happen. They keep awesome communication, letting you know your progress and if there are any other problems happening or seen. They were very curtious helping create a payment too. Mastertech's night drop-off option came in very handy when my car broke down late one evening. I was able to get it towed to Mastertech, and they took care of it promptly and efficiently. Since then, I've come here multiple times, and never had a bad experience.

My son called our regular mechanic because his car kept stalling; our regular mechanic couldn't even look at his car for another week! He suggested calling Mastertech on industry street. After looking at the reviews online my son called and got his car in that same day; Nate needed the car to stay over night to run diagnostics on it. The next day he located the problem, fixed it and the car was ready to go in less than 24 hours! Great service! Friendly staff!! Quality work!! Btw check their website they sometimes run a discount coupon. We will definitely be coming back here.

I have brought my car to this site since the Saturn locations closed. I have always gotten friendly, excellent service from everyone in the place! My car has always been promptly repaired and I have appreciated the fact that they have kept me notified of any potential issues that I should watch for in the future. Everyone is very helpful and my old car runs great! It is so nice to go to a place where they remember my name.

I was referred to Mastertech by Firestone after the later told me that they wouldn't be able to fix the issue I was having with my car. I had the vehicle towed to Mastertech while I was at work and dealt with the business primarily via email and phone. I have limited mechanical knowledge and I always feel helpless, like I'm getting conned, and getting ripped off when I deal with mechanics. However, the people at Mastertech were extremely communicative, friendly, understanding, and forthright with me throughout the process. The primary mechanic I dealt with over the phone, Nate, was able to diagnose the faulty part after I had only explained the symptoms (the same issue had been incorrectly diagnosed by three other mechanics at different shops, even after they looked at it). This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop and I would highly recommend them, especially if the thought of having to visit a mechanic turns your stomach. My car is now running as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Overall, Mastertech is a very professional and friendly business and they have my highest recommendation.

MasterTech is the only shop that has worked on my car in the past 9 years. The shop is clean, the front office is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and the mechanics, the very best!!. I think that MasterTech is one of North Countys' best kept secrets. Not to forget the shuttle service:]

I had a fantastic experience here. I had a radiator leak and the owner himself was more than happy to get me in the door and walk me through what happened to my vehicle and made it very easy to understand what happened. My truck was there for a little bit of time, but only reason why is because he wanted to find me the perfect radiator to put in there so that I would not have to bring it in again and I could stay on the road for longer. The front desk was also very welcoming and I felt like they really cared about getting my vehicle fixed. I have been going there to get my tune-ups, any check engine lights, and any other problems ever since. Every time they are just as good as they were before.
