Messed up and ordered something we did not need after we told them specifically not to. Our 2nd key fob is useless now and they charged us $80 for one they ordered. Would NOT EVEN MAKE UP FOR THEIR OWN MISDOING. They said sorry but basically told us tough luck and to pay the extra. We already had a decent bill, and didn’t need to pay the $80 for something they knew we had. Fix your car somewhere else.

I had brought a used car, car had been running with a lot of issues. Took it to Mastertech and now they have it running like new. I love this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very poorly run! The guy at the front was rude and unhelpful. I had them running a diagnostic, and they claimed it would take over 5 days. Claimed the car was 'hooked up and could not go anywhere' when asked about the lengthy run on the car. Charged me full price for the diagnostic and came up with no results. Awful job, bad practice, and worse customer service. NEVER recommending this place to anyone. PS, the guy didn't even want to give me their business card.
