Oceanside Auto Repair

I've been a Mastertech customer for a few years and I keep coming back because they are trustworthy, provide quality service and good communication. They do a good job riding the line between wanting your car to be in the best condition but not going overboard with repairs that don't make sense.

This place is great, when I took my car to get it smog tested. It failed of course, but they were on it. They were honest and did not scam me. Lewis was the technician who made sure that my vehicle passed the smog test. I would recommend this place.

We had a very unusual issue with our Matrix, and everyone at Mastertech was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, as well as ultimately fixing it. Bob was great to work with, and very honest and straightforward when explaining our repair.

The guys at MasterTech are pros. They are fair, friendly and best of all, they are real with you. They are guys you can trust! They tell you what is 'needed' vs 'recommended'...I mean, they tell you both but make it clear. I have been going to them for years now with 3 different cars. Thanks for being awesome guys.

Outstanding work and very transparent about challenges it might take meeting my expectations. Job took longer than anticipated, but I was kept updated regularly throughout the process. Service manager "tells it like it is" and took the time to find alternate sources for obtaining a part that was on back order from the usual supply chain.

Honest, reliable and fair. I have been going to Mastertech for five years after a bad experience with a dealer and will never go back. Prices are fair, and the work is quality each visit.
